You are not alone…..

Mental illness is a devastating disease, not only for those who have it, but also for the families and friends who love them. When a family is first confronted with the reality of mental illness, they usually experience shock and bewilderment. Why us? What went wrong? What should I do? Where can I get help?

What comes next is the often confusing search for help and guidance. Though the burdens and discouragement can be overwhelming, many others have also faced these same issues. You are not alone. Your questions, concerns, have been shared by others. There are places in our area where you can go to get these questions and concerns answered.
