Throughout the Week
We often may see you on Sundays and/or Wednesdays, but we have other groups, classes, and studies that meet throughout the week. Please see below for our current class/group information. We will continue to add more groups and classes, so please always be on the lookout for new information!

SUNDAY AFTERNOONS
Grief Ministry
Led by: Margie Peden
Location: Grayson UMC (Room TBD)
Sundays in March and April 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
In this 8-week workshop, we will build a community of sharing and encouragement, while exploring the concept of how grief and joy can coexist. This workshop is for those who have lost a loved one at any point in their life and are in need of a faith-based group to embrace the Mourning & Joy of grief together.
Facilitator Margie Peden, LPC, CLC, will lead the group through the book "Because You Were Here: Celebrating Our Loved Ones: A grief workshop with a twist of joy, by The Rev. Dr. C.D. McDonald. This is a faith community grief workshop and not intended to be a psychotherapy group.
Small Group

This group focuses on the importance of relationships with others as we continue to get to know Jesus better.
MONDAYS
Cancer Support Group
Led by: Cathy Collins
Location: Room 1
Every 2nd Monday 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
If you are or someone you know is being impacted by cancer, we invite you to become a part of our support group. Patients, survivors, and care givers are welcome to share their journey in a loving, most supportive environment. We will share scriptures and devotionals as well as helpful information regarding new treatments and other helpful details that may make our journeys a little better.

Bible Study on Prayer

March 12th - May 14th
Join us for a study this spring on prayer! We'll use the book "Refresh Your Prayers" by Lori Hatcher to help illustrate what the Bible says about prayer. Together we'll explore how prayer began, our response to prayers, and how we can pray together. Through this, we hope to be more confident in prayer and listening for God's voice. We'll meet on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. in Room 6.
Growing in All We Know Bible Study

We invited you to an art class for those who want to gather and try something new! Led by Sharon Nichol, our Created to be Creative art class meets once a month (see specific dates below) on Wednesdays from 10 - 11:30 a.m. in the CLC. The cost is only $3.00, and you can pay at the door. Bring a friend! Childcare will be provided if needed. God created us to try new things, to create, and to be with others in the process. We can't wait to see you there!

Mighty Mamas Women’s Bible Study

Women’s Zoom Bible Study

Thought this Bible study, we typically study different women authors as we focus on Jesus.
We are currently reading “Beloved DIsciple” by Beth Moore. It is a 10-week study where we use a workbook that you will purchase on your own. We will use the workbook and a video as the base of our discussion.
