Welcome Message from Senior Pastor, Scott Brown:

Grayson United Methodist Church is…

Growing in Faith

Uniting in Hope

Ministering in Love

Connecting to Christ by reaching up in worship and out in God’s Grace…

…and a place to call home.

First let me say how excited I am that you are exploring Grayson United Methodist Church (GUMC). I hope our website is helpful, and that it has encouraged you to come see us in person.  At GUMC,  you will find a very welcoming environment, excellent worship, and practical Biblical messages. We are committed to the goal of making sure everyone knows Jesus through His wonderful and generous grace. There is something for everyone here, young and old alike. I promise you will find it easy to find a place that meets your needs.  When you do come by, please introduce yourself to me.  I love to meet new friends. Or feel free to contact me if you have any questions that haven’t been answered at scottbrown@graysonumc.org. I look forward to worshiping together soon.

In His Love, Pastor Scott

Traditional Services – Our Sunday morning traditional services in the church Sanctuary at 8:30am & 11:00am contain all the ‘classic’ elements of worship including piano and organ accompaniment, hymn singing led by our Chancel choir and other liturgical elements such as the reciting of the Apostle’s Creed and the singing of the Doxology.

9:39 Contemporary Service - We invite you to attend our contemporary service and get connected. No matter where you are on your faith journey, you are welcomed here! We offer modern worship with traditional elements, such as modernized hymns and the offering of communion. This service takes place at 9:39 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the Praise and Life Center (PLC/Gym).
